1. Age and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use this service where you live. By creating or using an account, you confirm that you meet these requirements. HDBets may request additional age or identity verification and may suspend access when eligibility cannot be confirmed.
2. Virtual coins only
HDBets is currently a free-play product. Coins are virtual, have no cash value, cannot be purchased, sold, transferred, redeemed, or withdrawn, and do not represent money or property. No purchase is necessary.
3. Account responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your account and confirmation PIN secure. Do not share accounts, automate play, manipulate results, exploit errors, or use the service for unlawful activity. We may void affected activity and restrict accounts to protect the platform.
4. Lines, grading and limits
Displayed lines, limits, bet types, maximum payouts, and grading rules may change before a pick is confirmed. Confirmed picks retain their recorded terms. Obvious technical or data-feed errors may be corrected or voided, with virtual stakes returned where appropriate.
5. AI research
AI-generated content is informational, may be incomplete or wrong, and may not include current injuries, lineups, weather, or breaking news. It is not a guarantee, professional advice, or an instruction to make a pick. Verify important information independently.
6. Responsible play
Play should remain recreational. Take breaks and stop if the experience causes distress. Because this is an 18+ product, minors may not access it. Contact support to request an account restriction or closure.
7. Privacy and account security
