Privacy & account security

Information we collect
We collect account details, picks and other activity needed to operate HDBets. When you sign in, we may also record your IP address, browser or device information, and approximate city, region, country, and timezone. We do not collect precise GPS location through this feature.
Why we use security information
We use these signals to protect accounts, investigate suspected account sharing or abuse, troubleshoot sign-in problems, and keep the platform reliable. We may compare recent sign-ins, identify several accounts using the same network, and use an IP reputation provider to warn us about a possible VPN, proxy, Tor connection, relay, or hosting provider.
Security warnings are not proof
A shared IP address, a new country, or a VPN warning can have an innocent explanation. HDBets treats these signals as reasons for human review, not automatic proof of cheating. An authorized administrator makes account decisions.
Service providers and access
We use hosting, authentication, email, data, and security service providers to operate HDBets. Detailed login-security information is restricted to authorized administrators and is not shown to other players.
Retention
Detailed login-security events are generally kept for approximately 90 days, unless a longer period is reasonably needed for an active investigation, safety, dispute, or legal requirement. Account and wagering records may be kept longer for normal platform operations.
Your choices
You can contact HDBets support to ask about your account information, correct account details, request an account restriction, or request account closure. Some records may need to be retained for security, operational, or legal reasons.
Changes
We may update this notice as HDBets and its security tools evolve. Material changes should be presented before continued use where required.
